Absolutely! This program will be an incredible asset to your process or preparing for a healthy pregnancy, when you choose the time is right. In these cases, I typically recommend the Fast Track option unless you have other underlying health concerns you want to get more direct support with. 

Every aspect of this program is intended to prepare the body for a healthy pregnancy, whether next week or next year! 

Yes! This program is an incredible way to get adjunctive support while going through ART. Navigating ART is often a big undertaking and it might feel more overwhelming to add something else to your plate.

The most common outcome of clients in the program is ease, confidence and strategy for implementing support that can help with egg + sperm quality, lowering inflammation and hormone balance. Egg + sperm quality and lowering inflammation have proven to be *very* supportive in a successful IUI or IVF round. Even if you're taking hormones with your local doctor, the recommendations in this program are applicable and supportive to the process of a healthy conception. 

** PLEASE NOTE: if you're taking reproductive hormones as part of IUI or IVF, the DUTCH test is not applicable. In these cases we will find an alternative comprehensive test to use.** This is commonly a stool test, food allergy testing, HTMA or epigenetic panel to learn more specifically how we can best support your process of ART + future pregnancy! 

Results vary just as every persons body + health history varies. Our program currently has an averaged 70% success rate (compared to IVF, which has a 50% success rate, on average).  That said, each person is unique and outcomes are impossible to guarantee. Results to be expected include: improved health, hormone balance, education + understanding of menstrual health + fertility, improved cellular health (egg + sperm quality) and overall progress on tending to one's health + preparation for Parenthood.

Many couples also experience healthy pregnancies, some after diagnoses of unexplained infertility or recurrent miscarriage. 

Yes. The core of this program is focused on egg + sperm quality, lowering inflammation and optimizing hormones which all equate to more stability in the body + improved odds at not only getting pregnant but bringing home a healthy baby. Diet + lifestyle are big keys to moderating and supporting these core pieces. Most often *what* and *how* to implement these changes is the biggest challenge my clients face. The step-by-step strategy laid out in the program makes this process easier and much more attainable. 

The deep desire to want to know what is causing challenge is very real. In many cases we can identify some aspects to health that are imbalanced that may be contributing to fertility challenges. This isn't always the case and shouldn't be the primary goal in enrolling in the program. In my extensive experience there are usually multiple factors influencing fertility health and we try to cover all the major aspects inside of Fertile Future so we can make targeted changes to resolve barriers to a healthy pregnancy! 

There are 12 sections of learning lesson intended to be watched weekly in the first 12 weeks of the All Inclusive option and 2 per week for the first 6 weeks of the Fast Track option. These are delivered as audio or video lessons and range from 5 minutes to 30 minutes maximum. These are intended for education, inspiration and diving deep into aspects of health in alignment with fertility. 

Associated with each lesson is 1-2 action tasks that are best to print out and have a accessible reference. 

Clients should expect to spend 1 hour per week learning, implementing and planning. 

I love working with couples when the partner is willing to make changes, do in depth testing and collaborate on efforts of optimizing the couple's fertility health. It really does take 2 to tango! It is, however, not a requirement at this time. 

There are no refunds for either program option. Under some circumstances support can be paused and restarted when desired. Occasionally support goes beyond the 2 or 4 month time frame when we are waiting on test results. If you get pregnant during the program, guidance for early pregnancy is often desired but not required. 

Other costs may involve purchasing supplements, additional testing or recommendations for additional therapeutics such as acupuncture, massage, etc. Additional costs vary significantly based on what you choose to invest in, but nothing is specifically required as part of the program outside of the listed program costs. If additional testing is discussed, estimates for that testing will also be provided. You are well informed and educated every step of the way to know what is happening!
